Shipping
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.
For orders of prints and originals, a flat shipping fee of AUD $20 applies. Print orders are subject to a flat AUD $20 shipping fee per order and in some cases a handling fee will apply, including Australian and international orders. Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days of purchase, excluding commissioned artwork, which follows the timeframe agreed upon during the commission process. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service. Tracking information will be provided where available. While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely and within the expected timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Occasionally, complimentary shipping promotions may be offered as part of special releases, launches or other promotional events. Where applicable, the terms and duration of any free shipping offer will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.

Refund
Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order products, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Returns or refunds will only be considered where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the product described.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact via email (studiosophiecarew@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging. This allows the condition of the artwork to be assessed and, where necessary, a resolution to be arranged.
Where a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Commissions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence a commissioned artwork, with the remaining balance payable prior to the artwork being shipped. Commission timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Clients will have the opportunity to provide feedback throughout the process.
All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of Sophie Carew.
Purchasing an original artwork or commissioned piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. Sophie Carew reserves the right to photograph completed artwork and use images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
